It's snowing. I really, really don't want to go to work today because I had a hard time getting to sleep last night, and to top it all off it's snowing.

As much as I would love to, I've had a history in the past of taking far too many "mental days" and I'm trying to stay on my manager's good side. Job reviews are coming up....

Don't call it a mental health day say you have the stomach bug, they usually stop asking questions with that one.

We get three "personal" days a year as part of our sick time that we can take for whatever reason we want to. That's not to say you're boss won't judge you for it though...
