If she was using the box before, why isn't she now?
NOW, HOLD UP before you flame me. It's a serious question.
She may have problems with the box, she may be having problems with another cat keeping her from using the box or there may be a dominance war in progress OR she might be having PHYSICAL problems keeping her from making it to the box.
You need to (pardon the pun) eliminate these options before you go chalking it up to sheer feline cussedness.
