Sounds like Arwen is just like my Dante, he does the same thing and I've reached my wits end a few times. We need to get into a house so badly, so I can let him go outside again. I never thought I'd allow my cats to go outdoors, but it helped a bit. Maybe Arwen just needs to not share a litter and be able to go outside from time to time. I'm chanting for her that she finds a new home quickly.
